I'm normal and regular.

I'm tired of everyone appearing to have these fabulous lives full of weekend shenanigans and hip everything. I read your blogs. I'm sure that I like you in RL. But maybe sometimes my life is all about how much fiber I consumed instead of the wild hijinx of single life. So today, I want you to know that I ate 10 grams of fiber (mostly from fruit and these Fiberone bars that I love) and almost (working on it as we speak) 1600 ml of water. Tomorrow will be more of the same. Oh, and a coerced theatrical experience in which I finally! see the musical CATS...in korean. Shoot me now.

Agreed on some many levels. I love those FiberOne bars, just bought a big box yesterday. And I bought some whole grain english muffins with about 5 grams of fiber. Amber S, Tam D, and I were complaining about dating sites and how people put skydiving as an interest when they did one tandem jump 7 years ago. But then I don't think anyone would write to me if I listed my real hobbies of lying on the couch, eating ice cream, and watching Gossip Girl.

And now that you've seen Cats you can finally say, "I loved it, I want to see it again and again, it was better than Cats."

Bowel movements and cats. This sounds familiar. This is why I love you and your blog. Of course you're a PRETENDER (you live in Korea, for pete's sake -- how can you call that "normal" or unadventurous?), but you keep it real, when you could make it sound like endless fabulosity....

My favorite bread's fiber content just dropped one gram per serving. I'm sad about the fiber, but more sad that I"m lame enough to notice it.

Oh, and there's a couple other words I hate, both alone and together: bowel & movement. [Shudder]

I thought they might provide comic shock effect, but instead I'm just feeling icky.

echo ikckiness.....

But wow, FIBER!!!! Amazing post! I too think of fiber and love eating my High Five Fiber Bread from Great Harvest for Breakfast. In fact, I do air high fives to myself when I eat it. I always have to high five someone somehow about my fiber intake.

High five, Ninny Beth, High Five!

As if a musical about a bunch of screechy animals that do nothing but sit on trash cans all day wasn't enough. The thought alone of listening to it in Korean makes me want to find something sharp to cram up my nasal passage.

Excitement is overrated, but If you really want some, I suggest you swap your water intake for olive oil... not that I know from experience.

Whatever. As Marie pointed out, you're living in Korea :-)

But thanks for being a good example of high fibre intake.

BTW, I found myself singing one of your songs in the shower this morning. Miss you!

My favorite performance of Cats is "Tommy The Cat" by Primus. Actually, I have no idea how much they have in common, but I was once told that Cats takes place in Omalley's Alley, which is where Tommy The Cat takes place. I wonder how much fiber Tommy gets.

If the Korean cats come out into the audience, you have to tell us how the audience handled it.
